"I recently purchased a Merino Buff from these guys, using a gift card that was purchased at the Hamilton shop. Being unable to get to Auckland, I rang them and they had to order it in specially, which only took a few days. I sent the gift card to them and they duly sent it to me WITH a nice gift by way of an apology for the delay! This was unexpected, unnecessary but totally appreciated!
