Welcome to District Nurse Clinic - Howick, located in Auckland, New Zealand. Formerly known as Counties Manukau Health Community Health Service, our institution is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to patients and their families in the local community.

That's why we have established four locality-based Community Health Teams (CHT), consisting of highly skilled District Nurses, Allied Health Clinicians, Needs Assessors, and Community Health Assistants. These teams work together to ensure that you receive comprehensive and personalized care.

To further support our patients, we have a centralised Community Central triage and coordination team. This team plays a crucial role in coordinating your healthcare journey and ensuring that you receive the appropriate services and resources.

In addition to our clinic facilities, we also have Community Hubs located across the district, including Franklin, Otara, Mangere, Manukau, and Botany. These hubs provide outpatient services and enable us to reach even more patients in need.

We understand the importance of clear communication, which is why we provide patient information booklets in multiple languages, including English, Maaori, Samoan, Tongan, Hindi, and Simplified Chinese. We believe that everyone should have access to essential healthcare information, regardless of their preferred language.
