"My first time at this place. Today I went to pick up my click and collect order, and the lady at the entrance door was very friendly and she helped me with my order and collect it very quick. She even reminded the girl at the front counter to get the boys help her with the washing machine because she was gonna do it herself which it was too heavy for her. But the only problem was, the girl at the counter didn't ask for my I.d which it said on the email bring my I.d for confirmation if I was the right person who owns the item."
