I really appreciate the staff at the counter asking for my ID for click and collect that means if I order items from them it’ll be kept safe and not be given to a random person. I’ve online shop from different stores and I rarely get asked for my ID in which case I had to remind the staff if they need my ID for verification coz I think order number is not enough.
