Called 9.30am asked for URGENT($40 extra) repeat prescription for my ADHD(!!!) medication, as per usual no response for hours then after 4 different conversations since 2pm, phones got switched off at 4.40 and I’m without my medication!?!? "DH merged a few small and fantastic local doctors clinics to create one large awful one. The good doctors left. The staff don't know what's going on, service is depersonalised, and you still can't even get appointments."
