About the Business
Welcome to Randwick Park School, a dynamic and vibrant learning community located in Auckland, New Zealand. As the Leader of Learning, it is my privilege to be a part of this whānau-centered institution. Our goal is to provide the best opportunities for our tamariki (children) to grow and achieve.
At Randwick Park School, we believe in actively involving our community in the learning process. One of our flagship initiatives is "Te Hui Ako," which has been incredibly successful thanks to the fantastic support from our RPS community. We value partnership with whānau (family) and believe that learning from and with each other is what makes our school so special.
Our location in Auckland offers a beautiful backdrop for learning. With the majestic Maunga (mountains) of Matukutureia and Matukutururu, the flowing waters of Puhinui River, and the vast expanse of Te Manukanukatanga o Hoturoa (Manukau Harbour), our students have the opportunity to connect with nature and learn from the land.
Randwick Park School is deeply rooted in the culture and traditions of Tainui, one of the great waka (canoes) of Aotearoa (New Zealand). Our marae (meeting place) is Manurewa, and our rangatira (chief) is Hoturoa. We are proud kaitiaki (guardians) of our land, represented by Kaiwhare and Taramainuku.
Our focus is not only on academic excellence but also on nurturing well-rounded individuals. We believe in empowering our tamariki, taiohi (adolescents), and rangatahi (young adults) to grow and learn together. Our goal is to instill in them the values of leadership, perseverance, and a desire to reach for the stars.

"My girls started primary here and they thrived and loved it. If only we didn't have to move. Reading and homework schedule really helped them, teachers and staff are very nice."
"We've recently left Randwick. 3 of my children attended here for the last 5years and absolutely LOVED the school/staff. My children loved going every day and thrived there. They were extremely sad to leave but a newly built home meant a new school. Randwick park school offers so much for our children, they have the hub that encourages parents to meet others while doing arts and crafts, cooking, learning the school work so parents can understand how to help with homework, gardening and just be apart of the community, they have the breakfast club, milk in schools, school vegetable gardens, yearly swim classes, band, drama classes, bilingual unit and great sports teams. The teachers my children had truly loved what they did and it showed through my children. When we left they were given a card signed by their class mates saying goodbye and tears shed by their teachers. I wouldn't have written a review but when I googled Randwick park to email about my children's leftover stationary I seen the reviews and thought they deserved better than that so here I am writing this."
"This is perhaps the worst school in Auckland. Kids are there are not being watched what they are doing at all. I constantly see them climbing on the tall trees around the playground destroying birds nests, yelling, swearing, jumping on fences of houses nearby. Many times I had to call the school to send someone to get the kids off my fence, and was promised that it will not happen again. Yeah, right! I am wandering who is organizing the teaching process there? You are obviously incompitent, taking the place you are not supposed to, and destroying future lifes of the kids you are responsible for. Parents! keep your kids out of this place (if you care of their future)."
