"Lady answer calls name Rebeca very arrogant & rude and doesn’t wanna listen to customers what say Emailed order on friday .didn’t get confirmation until Thursday when following over the phone no answer if she answers then she says no more phone calls!!! While i was explaining my issue she hang up on me!!! She IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!"

I had to wait about 1.5 hrs to collect a rather small order. I would certainly advise doing a follow up on orders to ensure they are ready for collection."
