About the Business
Welcome to Yoga Within, located at 81 Clyde Road in Auckland, New Zealand. My name is Jessica and I am the founder of this wonderful institution.
Yoga Within was not something I had planned on creating, but fate had a different plan for me. While browsing the internet one day, I stumbled upon our current premises and thought to myself, "That looks big enough to be a yoga studio." I decided to visit the location and before I knew it, Yoga Within was born.
Since that day, our studio has steadily grown, and in 2017 we expanded to include a wellness center. Within our center, you will find a team of knowledgeable and passionate practitioners offering various healing and health-focused modalities.
Our studio has attracted a community of like-minded individuals who are seeking wellness and balance in their lives. Our teaching team is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible space for anyone who wants to move, breathe, and connect. Many friendships have been formed within our walls, with moments of laughter, joy, discovery, and even a few tears shared.
At Yoga Within, we are more than just a yoga studio. We are a place where you can not only get fit, increase flexibility, and decrease stress, but also a place where you can feel connected and explore what it means to live a life affirming and health-focused lifestyle. We believe that what we offer is more important now than ever before.
Yoga, pilates, mindfulness, and relaxation practices not only strengthen and support your physical body, but also your mind. With the current challenges to mental health, there is no better reason to get on your mat and take care of yourself.
I am truly passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and mindful movement with everyone interested in embracing this uniquely precious life. I hope to have the opportunity to share time on the mat with you soon at Yoga Within.

I've been doing yoga for many years and some studios can make you feel overwhelmed or not good enough. Yoga Within's teachers offer so many options and the classes have people of different abilities, so everyone can get something from it. All the equipment is provided and is always clean and the studio always smells great and has such a relaxing atmosphere! "What a divine yoga studio! The vibe and community here is just wonderful. I love doing yoga and looking out to the sea, it is magical! The teachers are really lovely and make you feel comfortable. Very caring. The yoga is really nice too, proper traditional yoga. The 6am Hatha Sunrise class this morning was amazing! My body felt awakened and nourished all over at the end of the class looking over the pink horizon. They have lovely tea, props and it is a beautifully laid out space."
