"Went in for a lash lift but I wouldn’t even call it that because it didn’t change my lashes at.all. The treatment is done in a chair as well so you’re uncomfortably arching your neck back. Then you have to sit there for 30+ minutes while the treatment processes. Waste of money and waste of my time. I asked for a refund but the owner wouldn’t oblige, the person that did the treatment ended up giving me half back in cash ($25). Oh she was also 30 minutes late as well, I should’ve known and left at that point. Would never ever go back. Photo speaks for itself, these are my lashes after the treatment, what a joke."
