Welcome to Practice 371, located at 371 Parnell Road in Auckland, New Zealand. Our institution is a point of interest and a health establishment specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, eating-related difficulties, and body image concerns in both adolescents and adults. We also offer support services for family and friends.

At Practice 371, our team consists of experienced psychologists, including clinical and health psychologists, as well as dedicated counsellors. We pride ourselves on providing specialist treatment using a non-diet approach, aligned with the Health At Every Size (HAES) movement. Our focus is on respectful care for all individuals and the development of positive thoughts and behaviors surrounding food and body, rather than a narrow emphasis on weight and size.

Our team excels in the treatment of various eating disorders, such as bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, atypical anorexia, and other diagnoses falling under OSFED (Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders). Additionally, we provide support and treatment for clients struggling with problematic eating behaviors or exercise, concerns about weight and shape, or those affected by dieting and diet culture.

As practitioners, we work closely with our clients to help them gain a deeper understanding of their challenges and build upon their strengths, ultimately guiding them towards a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. We believe that everyone is capable of making meaningful and long-lasting change, regardless of where they are in their journey.
