"I have been going to these guys for over 7 years consistently, pretty much once a week. They have always been fantastic and especially recently after new management take over, they introduced 24/7 locker drop off and pick up - life saver! very responsive customer service from the ladies at the shop and even Faisal on emails. There has been a couple of times over the 7 years where I requested a reclean because I wasn't happy and they did it for free without any complaints. Absolutely will recommend to anyone."
"Maxwells went above and beyond my expectations to remove a large ink mark from my jacket. I had put a new pen in my shirt pocket after a meeting. When I got home ink had gone all run all over my shirt and onto the inside lining of my jacket and through to the fabric of my suit jacket. I took it to Maxwells just two weeks ago. They have completely removed the stain from the lining and the exterior fabric of my jacket. Thank you very much. You truly deserve my five stars."

"Really great service - I had three dress jackets to get cleaned on a Friday, needed for a great new job on the Monday. I called them around 8:30 am, they were super busy, at first didn’t think they could do it. Then he called me back, collected the jackets before 9 am, and they were ready for pick up from locker at just after 4 pm. I love their locker collection service, and they are obviously a team who will go the extra mile to deliver for you. Definitely my dry cleaners from now on. A+"
