At Kia ora Kids at Home Childcare, our educators have the opportunity to work from home, caring for a maximum of four children under the age of five and two children under the age of two, including their own children. To ensure the highest standards of care, our educators are supported by experienced and registered early childhood teachers. Additionally, all educator homes are safety checked to meet the Ministry of Education safety criteria, and all individuals over the age of seventeen living in their home undergo police checks.

We also believe in the importance of socialization and play for children's development. That's why we regularly organize playgroups, providing opportunities for children to engage with larger groups and enhance their social skills.

Andrea, the founder of Home Childcare, has always had a deep love for children. With two children of her own, she was drawn to the field of childcare and education. After six years and her own children starting school, Andrea found her perfect fit in home education. She gets to be at home for her own children while caring for and nurturing other people's most precious treasures.
