"We recently engaged Chloe from Prudentia to assist with the purchase of our first home. Chloe was knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything in detail each step of the way which we found very helpful as we had never gone through this process before. Would highly recommend."
"We found Prudentia Law (and Sarah) to be great to deal with. We were first home buyer's who had no idea about the legal side and what was required. Sarah was extremely thorough in explaining everything - which was daunting but left us feeling confident in the process and what we were doing. Also the cost of the services were exactly as had been mentioned to us when we initially signed up, so there were no surprises. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others."
"I'd agree with other customers, Prudentia are very devious in their dishonest behaviour. Be very careful if you are going to use them! Maybe it's a sign of the times that firms like this can continue to operate, after all we've just been through a bull market so there is no shortage of fresh clients to sell to."
"I would highly recommend staying away from Prudentia Law. I unfortunately engaged in a long term relationship with them and used them for trust, legal settlements and business-related. After numerous troubling nefarious dealings from Prudentia on both sides of them representing me and once against me I was in so deep it would be difficult and expensive to change lawyers. But I finally had enough when I had a property settlement that Andrew passed the dealings onto his legal clerk (a studying unqualified $250 p/w worker) who engaged in a lengthy debate and then an argument over many emails with my accountant of which I gave him no permission for him to do so. Once I got wind of this I immediately stopped it but they managed to bill up a $4,500 fee (not to mention my accountant’s bills). Of course, I was furious and asked for their time-sheet and explained the situation to Andrew of which he then threatened (unlawfully so) to delay my settlement until the fee was paid in full. The time-sheet was botched up and charged as I expected, so when pursuing the legitimacy of it post-settlement their follow-up remedy was to offer a $1,500 fixed fee on my next settlement (they would give no refund for the ridiculous work)… ahh no thanks. Really terrible service from these guys and over the years ended up costing me $10,000s more than a good lawyer would. I eventually threw out the trusts, killed my will from them and took all my future work elsewhere. You could probably throw a dart at a list of 100 random firms and find better service on wherever it lands."
"Unfortunately this company is exceptionally money hungry, they charge more than twice the amount other firms charge. I am extremely disappointed. $590 for a simple will?!"
