"i went to the one in new lynn to get a set of acrylics for my birthday, little did i know the lack of experience this last had. i walked in showing a photo on my phone and simply asked if they could do it (they said yes) so i sat down. i asked for almond shape, they said “oh no no we can only do square” so i agreed and got square. then halfway through my nails getting painted the lady told me it would be an additional $11 and that the original lady who told me the costs didn’t know what she was doing. not to mention there had been two woman standing over me whilst the third was doing my nails for over roughly 1 hour (it was a bit intimidating). after they were done, my french tips were all painted incorrectly & look like a child had painted them, the tips were too big that were fitted for my nails & they simply look clumpy . 1/5 would never go back. don’t waste your money."

"Went there in spite of the bad reviews. Bad idea! Wanted to treat my 6 year old with a nail paint while I had gel done. They just sat her down, grabbed her hand, and slapped polish on, maybe 2min if that, no care taken. My gel didn't even last a week and she ripped my skin when filing, chatted away in their language and didn't even say a word to me, only made a snide remark because I cut my nails short (I'm in Healthcare so can't have long nails). Definitely won't go again."

"The first time I went here and got acrylics done, they turned out super good and I thought it was really good value, however the second time I went in for acrylics, they were awful.. asked for a specific shape and left with no tips that were matching.. The techs need customer service training asap because the whole entire room is just cold and unwelcoming, they dont speak a single word to you apart from when youre paying until your set is done. shame after a good first impression……."
