"Sometimes when I visit this shop I feel insulted as a customer. Dirty, broken items are priced silly high. The have used food jars on sale for $3 - ones you'd find in your recycle bin. Ripped, dirty paintings are priced at $40. I get it, you're a charity. But you get these items for free. The original purpose of an op shop was to give the lower-paid people the chance to find affordable items. Where did that go?"
"Large shop, but the prices are too high for second hand clothes. The eftpos machine is always crapping out and several times the lady has calculated my items wrong."
