"Worst travel agency I have travelled with. The specifications of hotels were wrong, my AC hotel rooms were actually non AC rooms, they made a huge mess up with my rental car which was prior booked and fully paid for in the package, was delivered 4 hours late and without prior info, demanded 500$ to be paid as a security there.. specifications of the car were also wrong. Their helpline number is useless as they don’t provide any help or support once you reach the country. You are on your own in the foreign country. Due to bad weather, few of my activities were cancelled and they initiated a refund to the company, however they refused to refund it to me unless someone else uses those bookings for their trip."
