"I have just made a complaint to the health board, about some of the nurses that work here. 2 times nurses have left behind rubbish that my toddler has found and brought them to me. 1st time they left behind a long thick needle and today they left 2 caps behind which looks like white liquid in the caps for a lid for medicine, my toddler is thankfully clever enough not to put it in her mouth or inject herself with it she came straight to me and gave them to me. Also the nurse lied straight to my face today saying that she gave my kid buzzy bee ice before she injected him, in her notes there should be clear instructions that say she must use buzy bee as this helps with the pain. My son is shy and doesnt show pain but he hurts, your nurses should give proper care as your patients have the right to respect and proper care. This is not cool at all the nurses are useless here sorry to state the truth but ive had enough of it now..."
"First encounter with service was not flash at all hence the 4 star rating instead of 5. The other 2 though; Mandy & Janine = 5 stars!!"
