"Quite possibly the worst customer service ever experienced. Wouldn't even give them a one star if I could avoid it. Zero communication over the course of the first week, popped in after 8 days to check on progress, only to be told he will phone with updates. Second week zero communication AGAIN. Went in again to see the progress only to find out the job was indeed completed just hadn't bothered to call with an update. Really did not appreciate the service received especially considering the customer has to pay before the job is accepted! Honestly just go anywhere else!"
"I purchased a charger for my phone which I took into the shop with me, the first charger didn't work so the guy got another charger out, quickly plugged it in and then sold it to me. I didn't see it charging and wrongly assumed that it was working. I got home and plugged new charger into the phone - didn't charge. I went in to return it today and asked for my money back.... but alas I was told they don't refund they only replace the goods. Really very disappointing as I like to support local business but not those who knowingly sell things to customers that don't work and when customer returns it they say "no refund only replace" - that is pure deception to me. Needless to say that I won't ever be shopping there again."
"When every other company would not even look at the job or consider trying to rescue all the photographs and information. This company did. I'm not very tech savvy I had not protected my password , and the whole issue was my own fault. But Honey was the only person who said he would try to rescue the info etc. He successfully did that. I would recommend NZ Electronics to anyone. At least they will try to help. I'm truly thankfull to Honey for the job that he did. JR Powell"
"Shocking service, and dishonest. iPad dropped off 8 days ago for repair that was stated to be 2 days. The promise of it being ready the next day, or tonight was hollow. Picked up today and the parts have not been yet been ordered. Much though they say will call you back, it won't happen. Wouldn't recommend."
"These helpful guys replaced my screen and back on my aging but very functioning Samsung Galaxy 8plus. In 30min and for a reasonable price. Stoked to not have to buy a new one when my old faithful is all I need."
