"Beware of Alberto and the boy's. Had full kitchen reno done some 5 months ago with the promise of complete floor levelling and laminate laying. Contacted Alberto 3 weeks ago on the advice of a flooring contractor who said the floor should not flex and drop some 5mm in level in a number of places, in his opinion, it was not up to warranty standard. Upon contacting Alberto, I received a number of abusive txts and phonecalls. 2 weeks ago, he turned up at my house and fixed a broken wall tile, and inspected the flooring. He and Maxi agreed that the floor was not levelled correctly and agreed to lift and re-level the worst part of my floor. 'I can come do it on a weekend' Maxi said. After hearing nothing for near two weeks, I rang Maxi who said it would get done, but not this year. I then txtd Alberto, who rang me and abused me for near 5 minutes, saying they wouldnt be fixing the floor then hanging up on me. I now have to have another company, a reputable one, address my issues then pursue Alberto through legal channels to recover my extra outlay Thank god the law of the land states 'loser pays. .I have txts from Alberto promising to fix my floor, they should come in very handy."
