"A plumber of this company by the name of russle hill rear ended our car last week as he was travelling 50ks+ When he hit me and my four children as we were stopped at a crossing waiting for a perdestrian to cross. Not only has our car been written off due to this but so has our twins car seats and double pram!! Both means of transport we had for our children gone!! Insurance will only pay a small portion of $1336.00 it cost us to purchase these essential items. We have called them and all we recieved was a rude response! Not good enough!!! We were on our way to school!!! Because of your plumbers stupidity we are out of pocket. Our girls scream when they are put into a car. My daughter still has a sore leg and my son has nightmares!! No one has even been in touch with me to even apologise."
