"Very poor experience - first, booking form led me to believe I would be travelling alone in the shuttle (for health reasons), but there were other passengers on board when it arrived. Then when I tried to phone the contact number to ask why, and to point out the need to clarify the terms, the driver's phone rang and he became sarcastic and rude. He apologised at the airport, when I pointed this out, but to be honest, it was a souring start to a very long journey. You need to up your customer service, and clarify your terms and conditions, and who is actually running the business, when people are booking. One star."
