"the best store in nz hopefully I can get married here, I love the warehouse"
"Wow where do I start. I went in on Sunday and was served by what I would say was the nicest and most genuine man I have ever met. From the second I stepped through the door his smile radiated through the air, spreading positivetly and joy for all people around. He made me feel as if I had value and he genuienly cared about me and about what I was wanting. So if you are seeing this MAX, thank you for being you, keep making the world a better place."
"Went into The Warehouse to pick up a few items this avo. There was a buildup of customers needing to be served with 1 till lane open. As a couple more open to serve, Debbie opened her till. I went, greeted her & she received her customer (me) with a grunt. Ok, I've worked in customer service before, people have off days, there's many customers, understandable. I place my items down. She scans them, tells me to get over to the other side to pay while PUSHING my items back for me to take. Rather than a more efficient; placing them by the eftpos machine herself, I can move over & the transaction can flow. Which is what always happens. As I'm picking up my items she continues to rush me through the transaction. I always ask for a receipt, which many workers forget since we're more of a digital society in NZ. SHE ARGUES & STATES HER CASE, THAT I HAVE TO WAIT. I reply; for her to have patience. I refuse to argue with a staff member over a couple pairs of socks, it really isn't a big deal to wait. There's many things I empathise with in service work, since I've been in their shoes. Unfortunately Debbie's customer service is next level POOR & her TERRIBLE attitude tops it off. For her age she should know how to treat a customer, let alone another person. It's best that we get Debbie working under supervision by another staff member till she understands the basic concepts on how to serve a customer. Socks are super comfy & I recommend them for Winter"
"Staff are rude, walked up to the checkout. Greeted the cashier and asked how his night was going. Was ignored and stared at like I was speaking another language. Dude kept talking to another cashier 3 tills down though, very loudly. Guy couldn't even be bothered to ask if i wanted my receipt for $100+ worth of items. If you don't like your job work somewhere else. Abysmal service."
"Cheap price. Nice arrangement, good staffs."
