Once you submit your request, David and his team respond very quickly to the request and the appropriate tradeperson is making contact with you and arranging to come and assess the problem and work out how to resolve. "I found Tradeskills to be extremely helpful when I had a leak in my roof recently.Upon contacting the business and saying I needed urgent assistance as there was a large amount of water flowing down my wall ,David,the owner,was very efficient and professional in his manner.Straight away he contacted the necessary tradesperson who promptly turned up at my house and fixed the problem.Throughout this episode David was in constant contact checking that everything was alright and rang me again several days later to see if everything was ok.I was most impressed with this service and certainly will be ringing David at Tradeskills in future if I have any further issues."
