"It was my first time going into this store last week and it will definitely be the last time!! The worker was an older white lady and she had the worst attitude ever, it genuinely left me appalled. We went in to look at engagement rings and she was talking to us in the most rude way ever, as if we couldn’t afford anything in the store. Her name was Lee or Lye and she was looking down at us the whole time. Absolutely disgusting service and gives the place a poor reputation. Will never go there again."

The staff are well trained in the listening field which is lacking in so many sales staff, trying to sell you something you have not asked for.
