"After ringing 0800 number for lost parts for a product, I was advised to go instore. I was seen at the customer service desk firstly from a store clerk, then after the manager had finished muti tasking, he promptly provided me with parts & I was charged a small fee. Very professional service!"

"New branch opened here at Lunn Ave. It's clean and tidy with different departments such as gardena and stationery - just like a Warehouse Extra offers more good and services. The stock here is better than some other branches. Edited on 14/4/2023. Those paralleled imported shoes are not available at all."

"Great range of products, spacious, fast check-out, with self check-out option, usually no queues. However, be attentive to advertised sales on the shelves and the price you're actually paying at check out. Have recently been ripped off on a 'Buy 1 Get 1 50% off' and the employee could not figure out how to amend the discounts after scanning the products back and forth a couple of times. I gave up and tried to contact their online support - who told me to go back to the store and ask for the manager. Disappointing customer service."
