And after all their head office saying it was an error. Bruh you guys made an error and I’m here losing $695. "Flight center Manukau applied for my esta visa for my recent visa to USA. I asked Price Heaslip if I could get the print out of my visa, he said its in my passport and I don't need a copy. Went to the airport and the airline staff wont check us in without proof of visa. I wasted my 3 hours sorting this visa copy over the phone. Didnet get a chance to do any duty free shopping.Lucky I had emergency details of flight centre. And the lady who assisted me over the phone was very helpful indeed. For others information please keep the visa copy printed or keep in the phone before checking in."
