"The worst doctors ever. Has a 2 hour lunch. Everything it's closed or doesn't need any more patience. Only one stuff and one doctor. It's been like this since they have open. Not due to covid it's been like this before covid ever happened"
"First time coming here queuing up got told that there's a long wait so I was told to come back 2 hours later, and when I got back I had to wait another 2 hours even though the receptionist said that it would be well before which I couldn't wait anymore because I've got another appointment booked. I then booked an appointment for the next day, got in and they make me wait another 2 hours, the receptionist told me that I can get an invoice printed out after consultation the first day but then on the next day after my consultation she was being rude and said there's no reason as to why I needed it even though she had just printed it out to me the day prior and said I can get this latest one after. The doctor was the same one I saw at Mangere Town Centre but not even 5 minutes he was already pushing me out the door, I don't think he even saw 3 patients in an hour so I'm not sure how it could be taking such a long time when the consultation was barely 5 minutes before he tried to push me out the door saying he has other patients. The clinic need to employ more doctors and better estimate their appointment time because for regular patients like me I am wasting hours each week because they can't do their job properly."
"opens at 8.30am went at 10.18am on Tuesday was told no more patients. just in 2 hrs and no more patients. if they say that around lunch time than acceptable. rude receptionist. please change the opening hrs to 8.30am to 10.00am and that afternoons are appointments only like the receptionist says so that we are aware. no use displaying closing time as 5.30pm we you dont take patients after 10.15am. will be much appreciated."
"Come to see doctor, who I think he is one of the good ones, at 3pm. Receptionist tells me they are booked out for the day. And literally NO ONE WAS THERE! doctor wasn't seeing a patient as well. I ask the receptionist about seeing doctor because there was no one waiting just so I can get her medicine and she still insists patients are coming. I said ill wait. Then few minutes later she tells me if im sure I want to wait because he is fully booked. Felt i was pressured to leave with my daughter. Not being racist but the indian receptionist is the problem. Has an attitude as well. Unprofessional."
