Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals in private sessions, as well as in various business, public, and not-for-profit workplaces. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding and skill in listening to people and helping them solve problems and overcome issues. I also incorporate mindfulness practices, positive auto-suggestion, and self-hypnosis to empower individuals to help themselves.
