"NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WASHING MACHINE REPAIRS! I feel bad leaving this review as he is a friend of my mum's who recommended him to me, however I have to be honest and I never want anyone else to have a bad experience like I did! He did not want to come look at my machine and tried to get information over the phone from me, during this process he was grumpy/snappy and I was almost in tears, I was made to feel like I was a huge pain in the a... just for trying to get my washing machine fixed! He told me it "sounds like a water valve issue" and nothing else. In desperation after a week or so of no help from him, I contacted someone from Fisher and Paykal who came to look and sorted/diagnosed the problem instantly, nothing to do with water valves. Rob's response was "Well you never booked me to come look", I had asked at least twice if he could come have a look! If he was too busy to come do the job or couldn't be bothered, he could have just said so instead of leaving me hanging with no washing machine."
