As home to Sistema Aotearoa, a renowned youth development program, and the annual Stand Up Stand Out (SUSO) music and dance competition for Auckland secondary schools, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of musical talent.

What sets OMAC apart is our state-of-the-art professional recording studio, which is one of only two local government-funded community facilities in New Zealand. Whether you are a community group, choir, school group, band, or individual musician, our recording studio is available for bookings. We offer flexible hours, including evenings and extended hours by arrangement, to accommodate your needs.

OMAC also offers a range of music lessons taught by experienced tutors. Whether you're interested in guitar, bass, drums, singing, or piano/keyboard, our tutors are skilled in various genres and can cater to your specific musical interests.

We are proud to be an Auckland Council arts facility, supported by the Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board. As part of our commitment to accessibility, we provide accessible parking nearby and our facility is wheelchair accessible.
