"Staff was lovely.. Met a staff member on front counter and beautiful customer service by the name of Agnes. The prices were affordable and very tidy store. Heaps of parking in front also disable parking to.."
"Just a question does this store manager train their staff on what ‘customer service’ actually is? If I could rate a 0 I would, I feel irritated that I am even giving 1 star. I know the staff are quite unhappy being on minimum wage here but it doesn’t warrant you to make customers feel uncomfortable when finding it difficult to use other payment options because they haven’t used it before, HELP THE CUSTOMER!. Go to Postie Onehunga they’re way more friendlier and deserve the sale."
