"I recently needed urgent dental care due to my front bridge breaking while I was at work and all my local dentists were too busy to help me out. I phoned Fern Dental explaining my need especially as I worked in retail. Priya immediately fitted me in (in her lunch hour) and gave me a temporary fix while having a plate made for me, which was ready in one week, affordable too and fitted perfectly. I now have my confidence back and best of all my smile. I do not live in the Auckland district, but I would travel any distance to be treated by Priya and her professional and understanding team and recommend them 100%. Thank You Fern Dental."
"I called to book in renewal of dentures ,on first appointment I explained my needs ,I was not told the technician still overseas . An attempt was made to reline my lower denture ,it was a disaster ,I declined to pay but the plate fits worse than ever .My upper plate was finally made after appointments were changed and I arrived for nothing or the time was wrong . The colour of the teeth on the plate was totally wrong and had to be redone .At this point I had to move on as I had already paid a large amount .The service was poor and dishonest,this was a horrible and lengthy experience."
