We left 3 items on hold, and the team sold 2 of them and they were lying to us giving us another product, they promised to get us the item in the following day and contact us and never happened, we had to call them and visit them 4 times more, at the end I had to personally all the way to takanini to get our oven because they didn't even bother to sort out that, the worst team honestly, they lied to us, they tried to give us another item pretending we bought that one, they were playing with us giving us a time line that never followed and didn't gave explanation about it, the delivery was supposed to be at 2pm and they were pretending to come at 11am when we clearly said that we were not there at that time, no answer on phones, they said will call and never called back..."
