"This has been the worst experience I have had so far. Rude, immature and arrogant attitude from Martin. We've been trying to purchase a rangehood unit from him for a month now. After we paid, I asked for a payment and ETA confirmation. I have sent three emails, but no reply for a week now. Update: Martin has just sent me a very rude and hysterical cancellation note as "He is not comfortable" with my requests for confirmation. I wonder if he understands at all that the customer has this unit as a part of her kitchen plan already... What kind of "director" is he?"
"Worst company I ever dealt with!!! Nick was amazing until he left for holiday and didn't pass our order to anyone. Martin is impossible to talk to. He said I am too busy to process your order and to talk to you and just hang up!!! They are not interested in customers at all. Just go into their showroom and you will see how deep is ignorance. We have accepted the quote and cut our kitchen for that specific product from Kouzina and now don't know what to do... What a pain!"
