"Apparently what Manurewa Pizza Hut considers a 'large'. The family were like "Dad, who shrunk the pizzas?". Nice."
"I'm not one to leave a bad comment but. I was the only one in store quiting for 3 pizzas and a garlic bread. It took 25 minutes. When I went into the store to pick it up no one was at the counter and I had to say "hello" a couple of times before someone came. When I got my food the garlic bread was still cold in the middle and I had to go back to the store and they just said oh, it'll take 7 minutes for another one to cook!"
"I ordered at Manurewa 2 pizza Peperoni and Hawaian for pick up. i waited long even if it was advance ordered. When i reached home to my surprised, i received both Hawaiian. When i called their number it will only tell me it’s unavailable. Such a bad service. If you are busy, add more people. This is not acceptable. I cant go back to return as i have kids at home. My kids are all disappointed as i ordered (supposed) their favorite flavor."
"Useless and unprofessional. It takes 7 steps to get to this shop number and they hardly answer. When they answer they look uninterested. The woman behind the phone took my order and didn't even ask for my name! I asked her : don't you need my name for the order? Yes what's your name? And when I went to pick up my order they had no idea about the order! Utterly annoying, avoid them."
"I ordered limousine pizza for our work mates at work. The pizza arrived half cooked presentation was not appetizing very limited stuffing on pizza. Rang back to replace order. When the gut came to replace the order hw showed huge tantrum of why pizza was missing. We have about 10 staff working today and when they picked the pizza it was half cooked so had to throw in the rubbish bin. The way the guy behaved towards us was rude and thought we were lying did he want us to pick up pizza from the rubbish bin. Pathetic attitude not even a sorry. We paid money and expect 100% quality product and staff from your end should be friendly and always willing to help in need. This guy needs to do some course on how to deal with customers. Poor service and once complained got even more worse."
