Our founder, Sushil Ravikumar, gained recognition as a top-six contestant on Masterchef New Zealand in 2013. Since then, he has taken his passion for food to new heights. Sushil has worked part-time at Simon Gault's Pravda in Wellington and operated a gourmet Indian fusion food stall on weekends, combining Indian and Kiwi spices to create unique street food delicacies.

Throughout his journey, Sushil has also undergone a personal transformation, achieving his fitness goals through a combination of nutritious food and effective training. He strongly believes that healthy eating should be enjoyable and that we can all indulge in tasty, balanced food while still maintaining our health and fitness goals.

Inspired by his love for food and his mission to promote an active and healthy lifestyle, Sushil founded Sushil's Musclechef Meals in 2021. Our pre-made meals service offers fresh and delicious custom-made meals that are carefully counted for macros. Whether you have specific fitness goals, dietary restrictions, or health requirements, we cater to a wide range of clients in the wider Wellington region.
