Throughout my personal journey, I have explored various forms of holistic healing to manage my own health issues. This experience has opened my eyes to the multitude of ways in which we can naturally heal our bodies and promote overall well-being. One of the transformative practices I discovered is Reiki energy healing.

Reiki energy healing has had a profound impact on my life, balancing my body's natural energy flow and removing any blockages. The positive changes I experienced, both physically and mentally, inspired me to delve deeper into this practice. This calling led me to leave the corporate world and undergo training in Usui Reiki energy healing. Witnessing the positive impacts of Reiki on my clients has been incredibly rewarding.

As part of my journey, I have also developed the ability to be guided by my intuition. Listening to that inner voice has allowed me to make decisions that have had a profoundly positive impact on my life. I prioritize my own mental wellness by engaging in regular meditation, exercise, spending time outdoors to ground myself, and nurturing my creative side. I have a deep affinity for crystals and have begun creating unique crystal bracelets that exude positive energy.
