"Was here a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. A lady showed up after I had made my order, who was in a wheelchair and clearly too low down to use the self service screens waited at the counter for at least ten minutes to be served. During this time there was a lady who appeared to be a manager right by the counter blatantly ignoring her. The customer eventually gave up and went elsewhere where she luckily got better service - one of the workers carried her tray to her table for her. What irks me most is that the next customer to approach the counter who arrived minutes after the other one left, was served almost immediately. All in all I am very unimpressed with the service here, especially in terms of serving disabled people. I understand these are underpaid workers but please, do better"
"the place looks very understaffed during rush hours in the weekend leading to a long wait time, and if you go up and say something’s wrong with your order you get glares and judgement. the blonde manager also spoke to me in a rude tone when i told them my fries were only filled halfway."
