We understand that businesses have to reschedule due to staff isolating with Covid but when our guy didn't turn up at the prearranged time we contacted Steam n Dry to find out what was going on. Apparently they texted us to advise they would need to reschedule but not to the mobile we provided. When we did not reply from the text to another number no one contacted us. All correspondence was via email but did we get an email? Yep you guessed it, No way. How simple is an old fashion phone call to communicate when you can't make the appointment.
