"I stayed for a month in a 1BHK apartment on the ground floor. It had all the neat and modern appliances. The kitchen has modern amenities, the mattress was soft. There were stains on the carpet which were notified during viewing. I was able to easily set up the work-from-home kit without a problem and was able to work without issues. The wifi provided by them was at great speed. The power and water were included in the rent. Since it is located on the main road, Friday nights and Saturday nights were a bit noisy. The team was good and helpful. There was an issue with the lock when vacating but after discussing it with the team and they checked the resources and the bond money was returned completely."

"Almost 15 years ago, I was 20... options were live there or the street. The manager would walk around on tenants pay days to collect rent... if I didn't open the door he would use his. Few of the times he breached my privacy I had Male visitors. A Male tenant had been in my room, he was asked to leave & opened my door but he refused. I tried to shove him out & slam the door, but he put his foot in the door & assaulted me. Showing the manager my black & split eye, He told me it was my own fault for "turning it up to 1 or 2 of the tenants""
