"I never write reviews but the customer service was so appalling. I was served by a (Scottish?) Lady and she was so rude to me while I was buying a couple of post bags. She was using a very blunt, harsh and condescending tone that made me feel stupid and very uncomfortable, while I was just trying to post a couple of items of clothing. While I was packaging up my items, she was very rude to the customer after me; so much so that we exchanged worried glances multiple times. This behaviour is unacceptable, you don’t know who might be having a hard day. I will never use this post office again, and you shouldn’t either."
