"I visited this premises yesterday with my friend who needed batteries for his mobility scooter. Gary assisted us and went above and beyond to help fit the batteries to the charging unit. I thought to myself, this level of service deserves a 5 star feedback. Not surprisingly, I see many good feedback with Gary's name mentioned. What I found very annoying was the store manager Piyush micro-managing Gary like he was a small child and in front of us. "Why you doing this, don't do that, how long will it take, etc". He interrupted Gary about 5 times in the 20 mins that he spent with us. No respect whatsoever and I felt very sorry for Gary. Piyush needs to change his attitude and I hope Gary can find a better manager or better company to work for as he is worth his weight in gold."
