"Rudest service I have encountered in probably decades. Initial staff member was really sweet, but the Manager Di is extremely unpleasant, condescending and totally devoid of any customer service skills. It wasn't till we left I realised this wasn't the first time I left there with a really bad experience from HER. For reference to all, was told word for word 'you can't bring us an old paint chart and expect us to match it'. Funny, thought that was exactly what a paint store was about. So it seems 'lacking in product knowledge' should be added to the above list of attributes. Also was trying to refuse a refund even though they hadn't made the paint at all (refund request was within minutes of paying) and they couldn't give assurances they could provide the right product. Eventually got refund and later called the head office who could answer and assist with questions, (thought that would have been something they offered to do instore ??), but I won't be stepping foot in that branch ever again."

"Refused service even tho I had a mask exemption by the old lady who works there. Ignorant, rude, uneducated. All these people who continue to do this to people, eventually will be caught out in legal problems"
