Our main hospital, located on Mill Road in Kensington, is the heart of our clinic. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, we have five consulting rooms available for appointments from 7.45am until 7pm Monday to Thursday, 6pm on Fridays, and from 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. In addition to our consulting rooms, we also have a retail area stocked with a wide range of high-quality pet supplies.

At our hospital, we have separate wards for cats, dogs, and exotics, as well as an isolation unit for infectious cases. Our diagnostic suite includes an x-ray room, ultrasound room, and laboratory, enabling us to provide accurate and efficient diagnoses. For procedures, we have two large treatment areas, dental facilities, and a sterile operating theatre.

In addition to our main hospital, we also have a second clinic situated in Maunu at the top of the hill. This clinic allows us to cater to the needs of both sides of Whangārei, ensuring convenience for our clients.
