"Very bad customer service. Brought my watch in for a battery replacement on 5 January. They couldn’t put the watch back again (the guys in the mall never had a problem!) and possibly broke the watch. They never call you and I had to go in to the store to find out (several times now) what is going on as they don’t ring you back as promised. It is now the middle of Feb and still my watch is not back and I have not got an date yet from them about it’s return to me. I would give them no stars if that was an option."
