"I would not recommend staying here, I booked a room here for Ed Sheeran, only to arrive and find the place locked with none present. There was a group of around 7 who arrived as well! Took an hour later for someone to arrive and indicate what was going on, 9 people in a 3 bedroom house was not going to work!! Apparently, the owner was in London, yet someone from the group of 7 spoke to him the day beforehand. He identified with two different names and had a variety of phone numbers. Was unimpressed with essentially being scammed. The toilet did not work, there was mold and water damage in the bedroom. I ended up staying in my booked room as I was unable to find other accommodation due to the concert. Overall, would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere as refunds were not given to myself or I presume the other group. Defiantly look into where you will be staying."
"OMG. Absolutely horrible. Not just a bad stay in NZ ... it was the WORST place i have ever stayed. There was a sink full of dishes, cobwebs all over our bedroom, food crumbs and mouldy food. We slept for 4 hours and left for the next hotel. Truely disgraceful. The advertising photos of the place are a tragic lie. I included my own. And to think we were charged a cleaning fee on top of the booking price. What a joke!"
"Had the most amazing stay at the guesthouse - wifi and TV worked as described, the rooms were incredibly spacious and clean and landmarks, museums, shopping areas and the airport were all easy to get to. The garden and the terrace were an ultimate plus and perfect for BBQ`s -l`ll definitely visit again as soon as I can and highly recommend booking this place !"
"Excellent house for accommodation and leisure activity. Very nice and clean linens. TV has a Chromecast to play your mobile content directly on the big screen. Effective heat pump. I have used for my photography shoots also and great indoor and outdoor settings, didn't have to use any special setup. Easy access by own transport and bus stop right outside the place. "We were a little concerned with the houses location as it was in the Mount Roskill are; however, it couldn't have been further from the truth. We booked the house as a group for the All Blacks game at Eden Park and were shocked at how easy it was to get to and from the venue. Additionally, getting to the city centre was a piece of cake with three transport lines going to the city centre along with a night rider bus service until 3AM we were never lacking for enjoyment. Would stay again!"
