"As part of a solar panel and controller installation (with poor quality work on the cosmetics and scew mounted controller displays) , the job was not completed according to specifications. No battery protection as the loads were not wired to the controllers, but straight to the battery instead. When asked about it, I was told that it was not quoted for. I mean, it is a matter of 2 wires. So much for customer service. Wonder what will happen in case of an overload and the battery starts to overheat... Upon getting to other things I still wanted to do in the caravan, I also noticed that the frame that was supposed to be built and installed around the fridge is only an arch with the bottom part of the frame missing, leaving a huge ugly gap! When I phoned to make an appointment I was asked for all the details on what exactly I need their service for, but upon arrival they did not know why I was there and had to explain again. Now the short circuit excuse compared to "we didn't quote to do a proper installation" when I collected the caravan. And they expect me to call them to see if they can help me. I need the caravan for my planned December holiday. This company clearly likes to make money through sales only because the technical services are very poor."
