We had scheduled our pick-up at Wellington Airport but realized at the last minute that we were much closer to their in-town office. We called (they actually picked up the phone) and quickly switched our pick-up location. The pick-up process was simple. The office manager explained everything clearly and there were no "hidden extras". The car was basic but fine and at an excellent rate. The drop-off process was equally smooth and easy.
