"Disappointing went to get a muffin on the way to work it was just after 9am - parking at the mall is never fun. The GF muffin I wanted was in the cabinet - the manager was obviously running late to set up. I was told quite rudely not open for 20mins - (says open 9am on website) - I asked if I could just pay cash and he could just grab it for me and ring it up later. Nope it was too much of an effort!! Wouldn’t mind if he was a bit friendlier - we buy from there for work quite regularly. I go there because GF and not easy to find a nice GF muffin. I understand we all under staffed at the moment but have some manners and customer service skills!"
