Welcome to Palmer's Gym Bendigo, located at 47 Mundy Street in Bendigo, Australia. As an established institution since 1978, Palmer's Gym is the leading provider of gymnastics in the Bendigo, Moama, and Cohuna areas. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our community through an inclusive and fun gymnastics program for individuals of all ages and abilities.

At Palmer's Gym, we take pride in our extensive School's program, which teaches gymnastics to thousands of primary and secondary school students each year. We believe in fostering diversity and ensuring that every member feels recognized, respected, valued, and welcomed. Our gym actively encourages and supports the participation of individuals with disabilities or other exclusion factors in the sport of gymnastics, tailoring their experience to be meaningful and equitable within our Palmer's Gym community.

One member reminisces, "Back over my life, some of my fondest memories come from Palmer's Gym. It enriched my life by strengthening my mind as well as my body, allowing me to see Australia and parts of the world, and best of all, make friends for life."

Another member fondly recalls their first encounter with Palmer's Gym, saying, "I started going to gym through my primary school and fell in love with the place and atmosphere straight away. The gym has this incredible feeling about it. Gymnastics became my absolute favorite activity, and I looked forward to my sport classes just because it meant we were going to gymnastics!"

For others, Palmer's Gym became a lifelong passion. One member shares, "I started tumbling at 12, and I still have some of the friends I met during those classes, even though I'm nearly 32 now! Tumbling taught me drive, motivation, and perseverance. I loved going multiple nights a week and missed it when I wasn't there. Palmer's Gym became like another family to me, and I still miss it to this day!"
